[fa.railroad] There's a prototype for everything.

Just saw a train go by on the B&O (Chessie) main outside my office window;
a GP40, a box car, and a caboose. Try running that on a model railroad
and you're sure to get assailed about how real railroads don't run such
things.  So there!

My wife and I used to see this regularly on the Milwaukee Road north of
Chicago: A switcher, two cars, (typically 1 box and 1 gon) and a cabbose.

Talk about your basic train set!

We joked that it was some really *RICH* model railroader who had gotten
the ultimate Christmas present.

The SOO Line often runs trains with more than one cabbose, sometimes
all at the end, sometimes spread through the train.
