From: ulysses!ltuxa!tty3b!tag@UCB-VAX My wife and I used to see this regularly on the Milwaukee Road north of Chicago: A switcher, two cars, (typically 1 box and 1 gon) and a cabbose. Talk about your basic train set! We joked that it was some really *RICH* model railroader who had gotten the ultimate Christmas present. The SOO Line often runs trains with more than one cabbose, sometimes all at the end, sometimes spread through the train.
