We have an 8515 monitor running of a 8514/a display card w/ mem upgrade. Apart from one program we have, which includes a graphics driver for the 8514 "standard", we cannot access the 1024x768 resolution at all. Is there a software driver I can get to make the monitor display standard character output with the higher 1024x768 resolution, instead of VGA? ie. change the fonts so that DOS and other character based programs will run in 1024x768 resolution mode. We don't want to run Windows or DesqView, as we want the machines to be as stable as possible. Thanks. khoo@husc3.harvard.edu --- Ah Love!
