I have a PS2 Model 50z which is now a little over a year old. I made the mistake of purchasing it with a 30 mb drive because I didn't think I would ever get into the windows game. Now I have an Above Board with 2 megs and run windows programs which seem to eat up a lot of space on the old drive. I have already compressed, archived, etc. everything and I need a bigger drive plain and simple! My question is whether there are some third party drives available for my machine. The 50z uses an edge connector design that seems to be special to the 50z. I would be curious to hear from any other users who have upgraded their drives. I am looking for around 60-80 megs. If I could add another drive somehow through the one slot I have left I would like to do that and me able to run 2 hds...But I have not seen any MC drive controllers. Thanks!
