	if yes, i need info on its operations

Two points here:
1.  Motorola runs a tremendously informative BBS that gives access to
    software and Motorola product information.  I urge you to call
    it at:  512-891-3733, 2400 baud, No Parity, 8 databits, 1 stopbit.
2.  Motorola has various deals available for students interested in
    using their products.  In particular, there is a program that sells
    students the MC68HC11 (?, I think) development board and a ton of
    manuals for about $50.00.  Heck of a deal.  Also, they run a
    yearly (?) contest for undergrads to come up with hot ideas for using
    Motorola controllers.   I am (obviously) shakey on the details, but
    you may want to look into it.
