Does anyone know if, for model 55s and 70s, memory at e000-efff is usable as an EMS 4.0 page frame?

If you are looking to make maximum use of DOS and high memory check out BlueMax by Qualitas. It is designed specifically for the PS/2 and will even reclaim memory addresses reserved BASIC. ---
