[comp.os.os2.programmer] OS/2 clock resolution

Is there a way to increase the OS/2 clock resolution ?
The 30 or so milliseconds that it has now is not sufficient for some
applications (like PING in TCP/IP suite).
If it is not possible, can someone at Microsoft consider it for OS/2 2.0 ?
