[comp.os.os2.programmer] Print Manager API

Since a very long time I have been wondering about certain Print Manager
related questions. I hope some of you out there is able to answer my
questions.

  1) Which API calls can one use to delete a print job from a print queue.

  2) Which API calls can one use to hold/release a print queue.

  3) Where is the layout of the *.job files, which the Print Manager
     creates/uses documented ?

  4) How does one make a Queue Driver ? Documentation ?
