[comp.os.os2.programmer] OS/2 device drivers and monitors

Hello -

	I need to start jumping into the OS/2 interanals of device drivers
and monitors. Does anyone have a recommendation for books, magazines, and 
best of all sample code in this area. Any help would be appreciated. Both
1.2 and 2.0 info would be welcome. I would be happy to summarize my findings
when it all comes together.
