[comp.os.os2.programmer] Source Code Control Systems

drz@csri.toronto.edu (Jerry Zarycky) (10/26/90)

Hello. Our company has been doing OS/2 PM development for 6 months
now and we are about to add a couple of programmers to the project.
Under our previous development, we used SCCS on a SUN to control our source.
Since we are planning to run an OS/2 network, we would like to have
some sort of SCCS system under OS/2.

What system (if any) are most of you running out there?
We'd like something at least as powerful as SCCS.
I've read in the magazines about something called PVCS from Polytron.
Is this product any good? If so, how well does it interface to Microsoft
C 6.0 and the Programmer's Workbench?

Any and all replies are appreciated, and a summary will be forthcoming
if there is sufficient interest.
