[comp.os.os2.programmer] Odd shaped polygons

I would like to put a map in an OS/2 window which would be a series of
oddly shaped polygons.  Then I would like to be able to trap mouse clicks
within a given country, having the countries act like oddly shaped buttons.

I don't know an easy way of trapping the mouse clicks and associating them
with the country.  Nor the best way to make the countries to accomplish
this task (especially when the boarder of one country is also the boarder
of its neighbor.  Any thoughts or example code?  This can't be a unique
problem!
