Does anybody have experience with the DOS LAN Requestor with the OS/2 LAN Server? (Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I don't normally read this newsgroup). Here's the situation: Our server is a PS/2 model 80 running OS/2 EE ver 1.2. Everything works fine, but on the machines running DOS, we've got over 100K taken up by the damn network drivers and TSR's! I can't live with this! I've got several programs that barf since I've only only about 380K RAM available! Is there any way to reduce the amount of storage these puppies take up? I tried adding the /EMS line to the DOSLAN.INI file, but that just locked up my system. If anybody has any comments, please reply or, better yet, send e-mail to me at 'qintar@agora.rain.com' Here's my CONFIG.SYS: BREAK=ON FILES=25 LASTDRIVE=Z SHELL=C:\DOS\COMMAND.COM /P /E:1500 device=c:\dos\xmaem.sys device=c:\dos\xma2ems.sys frame=c000 p254=d000 p255=d400 /x:64 BUFFERS=30 /X DEVICE=C:\DOS\ANSI.SYS DEVICE=C:\DOS\VDISK.SYS 1024 /X:8 device=\LAN\DXMA0MOD.SYS 001 device=\LAN\DXMC0MOD.SYS device=\LAN\DXMT0MOD.SYS and here's my DOSLAN.INI: RCV MODEL70A CIPHER /SRV:1 /ASG:29 /NBC:4 /NBS:1K /BBC:1 /BBS:4K /PBC:4 /PBS:128 /PFS:32 /PFT:900 /PWT:250 /KUC:600 /KST:600 /NVS:10 /NMS:4 /API /WRK:1111211012 -Jim Seymour qintar@agora.rain.com ================================================================= Cipher Systems, Inc., P.O.
