[bionet.users.addresses] Internet Access in Chicago

I'm a student going on sabbatical in Chicago and I would like access
to the Internet via modem.  Does anyone know of any way to access the 
Internet for free?  My school is in Cleveland and otherwise it would be
a long distance call.  Thanks.
