I believe that at the August 1989 BITTECH meeting it was agreed that 9.6k links were the MINIMUM standard. BITNIC itself has a 56k link to UMD, so I hope that's the case. Andy

It is the CREN board which sets policy, BITTECH can only make recommendations, if that much... /mrg
