We are changing over from magic as our layout tool to Silicon Compiler Systems GDT system. Do you know of any MOSIS users who have prepared the full set of SCMOS technology files for the GDT system. In particular we need the lambda=1.6 (gen) technology information, both for the layout DRC and for simulation.
