I'm working on a LSI circuit test pattern generator as part of my thesis, and am looking for PD versions of PODEM, D-ALG, or FAN (or anything else that does the job) to use as benchmarks. In particular, we're running Sun UNIX boxes here at Tech, and something that would port easily would be great. Has anyone seen such beasts (or happen to be in possesion of one)? Once again, I'd prefer public domain ones, as the CS department here doesn't have much money (and I have even less)....
