Hello, I am building thin-film membranes using standard IC processing. The problem at hand is the design of thicknesses of each one of several (e.g., two) thin film materials (e.g., SiO2 and Si3N4) that comprise a composite structure. Underneath such a structure is an air-filled hollow -- hence a membrane is formed. I need CAD software that will take in Young's moduli, Poisson's ratios, etc., and help me come up with the sizes and thicknesses for the values of vertical pressure I intend to apply to the membrane. If anyone is aware of such software, please rush the info to me. Thanks in advance, Alex Sherstinsky (shers@caf.mit.edu) -- +-------------------------------+------+-----------------+---------------------+ |Alexander The Great Sherstinsky|me |shers@caf.mit.edu|To become as refined | |Alexander Semyon Sherstinsky |myself|shers@caf.mit.edu|a person as possible.| |Alex Sherstinsky |I |shers@caf.mit.edu|*********************|
