What is the way to fix Quasi-Fermi levels in PiscesIIb (v. 8822) for different regions in a given structure. I am familiar with Cande where BIAS can be applied without necessarily making a contact. (I'm talking about the 0 carrier case) Thanks, Elie I. Mourad (elie@sensors.njit.edu)
