elie@sensors.njit.edu (Elie I. Mourad) (02/28/91)
I have run across this problem in Suprem4. (Stanford version, Dec. 1988)
When running the card "diffuse" multiple times.
For example:
.
.
diffuse time=38 temp=800 wet
.
.
diffuse time=30 temp=1100 nitrogen
Somehow it seems that the nitrogen in the second diffuse is not being
taken into account and wet oxidation occurs.
BUT if I save the structure after the first diffuse, then quit suprem4,
then reenter suprem4, then load in the second part, I get a very different
result. I have a feeling that there is something wrong with the boolean
redefinitions.
Any ideas anyone ? Thanks. Elie.
