[comp.lsi.cad] Full complementary CMOS tiles for mpla?

We are interested in using mpla (of the Berkeley Tools) to 
generate a fully complementary CMOS PLA. Does anyone out
there in netland have a set of tiles that would be compatible
with the current MOSIS rules?
