I've now finished the editing of this, following the meeting. As you will see from the changebars, it has been touched in a lot of places. However, most of the changes are not so large. Will be coming in 5 pieces in just a bit. Stef is writing up some notes on the meeting, and so I won't try to list all of the changes agreed. Essentially, we reached concensus on most issues, and I hope that this will mostly non-contraversial. The biggest changes were to IPNs and DRs. I think that the solution is a little less elegant, but will provide a better service to the user. There is a whole load of new BNF. I'd appreciate detailed comment and suggestions on this. There were three issues where I felt we did not reach concensus. I'll be sending two messages on two of those in just a minute, which I hope will be the basis for discussion. The third was the title, where we reached agreement at least. I would like to move this document fairly rapidly towards finishing and publishing in its various guises (Jon Postel/Phil Gross - can we discuss the RFC situation?).
