Dear Friends,

I am pleased to announce that the first official meeting of the
MHS MD group will be held December 17 & 18 at the US State Department
building in Washington DC. If you plan to attend you need to
contact Mr Gary Fereo, Chairman of US Study Group D to arrange entry
into the State Department building (phone # 202-647-2592).

Attached you will find an agenda for the 2 day meeting and a proposed
plan of work. As you will note, we ask that you come prepared to
share any MHS Management Domain names in use today. If you are unable
to attend you may send your information to either Stef or me, or Gary
Fereno or anyone else that you know will be attending the meeting.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Regards,

Dick Jesmajian, AT&T Bell Labs.
