We are pleased to announce the formation of an Industrial Consortium
for an Integreted Chameleon Architecture at The Ohio State University.
The primary task of the consortium is to develop freely-licensed
software to process SGML. The software consists of a set of tools for
creating and validating SGML DTDs and for generating and using
translators to and from these DTDs and other forms of data.
We welcome new members into the consortium for its first year of
operation, October 1, 1990 through September 30, 1991. Software
should be available to the general public soon after this first year.
