[comp.lsi] extension of mextra

	In response to Mark Pulver <seismo!watmath!watvlsi!pulver>,
	we at the Northwest Lab for Integrated Systems have extended
	mextra:

	1) double layer metal (MOSIS)
	2) scalable cmos (MOSIS)
	3) option to trace signal connectivity (without resistance)
	   through substrate and well and produce an output file
	   containing base connection (to areas of substrate or well)
	   for each transistor extracted.
	4) correction of a few bugs, such as generalizing some c code
	   which runs incorrectly on some non-VAX machines.
