[comp.lsi] SPICE Benchmarks on FPS machines.

Recently Mark Johnson posted some figures for particular SPICE jobs running
on various machines. I have run these same input files on an FPS M60/64, running
VSPICE, a derivative of SPICE2G6. The times were taken from the bottom of the
SPICE output file, rather than from a system "time" command.
