Does anyone out there have a decent static RAM layout or static RAM generator that can be automatically converted to MAGIC SCMOS rules? I am not so interested in RAM design, but am having a pinout problem on a MOSIS project that can be solved if I move the RAM on--chip. Please respond on this notes file or with email.
