Has anyone successfully been able to get any of the mosfet models
(model levels 1-3) to work for spice 3a7 or 3b1? If so, could you send
me an example, especially a power mosfet. The level 1 model that does
seem to work doesn't seem to be including gate-drain and gate-source
capacitances. I get 'instant' rise times on the gate and drain nodes
in a common source configuration. The level 3 model will not DC-converge.
My hardware is a Tektronix 4301 (68020, BSD4.2)
