[comp.lsi] EDIF2CIF, CIF2EDIF utilities

   Does anybody have (or can you point me to) a utility for converting
CalTech Intermediate Form (CIF) files to and from EDIF files?
This looks to me to be a utility that a lot of people could use
in the University community.

I have a quick-and-dirty, hacky, unsupported version of EDIF2CIF
in COMMON-LISP (translates a subset of EDIF to the KIC-dialect of CIF).

    Unversity of Mo.-Rolla using EDIF 2 0 0 as the central
    interchange format.  We are interested in your 
    translator and anything else that is available.
