Like many people I have a copy of 'The VLSI Designer's Library' by Newkirk and Mathews. I'm told that most of the CIF in the back of the book is in the public domain (please correct me if I'm wrong), anyway the book also states that you can get the info from the publisher (which is not much use to me anyway because I have no way to read it ... ) If anyone has copies of this that they can mail a beginner (ie me) or can point me to public archives (I have no direct FTP access but know people who will do it for me ...)
