Does anyone know of a public domain 4 bit full adder, with fast look ahead carry that is compatible with the MOSIS 2 micron pwell process in cif file format? Is there a public domain library of parts compatible with scalable CMOS rules? Any help would be much appreciated. Dave Sterrett dws2j@virginia.edu
