We are in the process of looking at fault simulation in the MagiCAD tools developed at Mayo Special Purpose Processor Development Group. We currently use (rather, have) HITS. I am not very familiar with the Berkeley MAGIC tools. Someone told me there is a fault simulator included in that set. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Are the MAGIC tools available for Anon FTP from somewhere? Can anyone else recomment a cheap (prefferably free) fault simulator. MagiCAD is distributed to two schools and also may go to some other research groups. It is sponsored by Darpa. We would like to make our system as low cost as possible. For any HITS fans out there, we have not rejected HITS yet; in fact, I have not really begun to understand it. We would like to get a survey of the field first before we really dig into HITS. Please repost this to other lists/news groups if applicable. Thanks. Kevin Buchs buchs@mayo.edu Mayo Foundation 507-284-0009 Rochester, MN
