[comp.lsi] BDNET -> SPICE. Anyone know how?

I am using misII from the Berkeley OCTTOOLS distribution. I would like to
have the circuit in bdnet format be translated into either SPICE or LVS format.
Any takers? I would rather not reinvent the wheel if at all possible.
