I'm trying to generate parameters to use with crystal (from the 1986 Berkeley Cad Tools suite) and I'm getting strange results. Has anyone had experience making crystal parameters using mkcp? Even better, does anyone have crystal parameters for a 2um CMOS Nwell process? Preferably all four corners. I am currently using the four-corner spice parameters from VTI for their 2.0u CMOS N-well process. Mike
