Hi Folks. We are looking for the BiCMOS technology file from MOSIS and to this point we have gotten the LOW_NOISE_ANALOG file from them but to my dismay there doesn't seem to be bipolar transistor model included. MOSIS doesn't support any real BiCMOS technology yet; we only have the low noise analog technology you mentioned; this only has an NPN transistor whose model parameters are still being collated and should be released by the end of this month (October). Send an ATTENTION message to MOSIS to be sure you get the data as soon as available (rather than wait a few days? longer for the next liason announcement message).
