Does anyone know how to convert XYMASK to CIF conversion ? Because, I have a file in XYMASK and I am trying to convert it into a CIF file. Does anyone know fabrication shops which can handle XYMASK file for mask generation ? If you have some documentation of XYMASK format, please let me know. If I can't find the conversion software, I need to write a program for the conversion.
