Hi!! I'm looking for sources from which I can obtain Pad Frames & Pads for the Magic 1.25um Scalable Scmos process. Kindly note that these must subscribe to MOSIS Fabrication requirements!! Any Information in this regard ( be it ftp sites... ) will be highly appreciated!! You may obtain the CIF versions of MOSIS 1.2um Padframes by sending the following e-mail request to MOSIS@MOSIS.EDU: REQUEST: LIBRARY LIBRARY: SCN12_PADS FILES: 40PC19X19_STUFFED.CIF, SCN12_PADS.DOC This is a complete padframe "stuffed" with digital I/O pads. All the pieces of the padframe are also available -- you can get them all by requesting the file SCN12_PADS.CIF; however, please read with care the warning at the beginning of the file that very intricate editing is required to correctly compose these parts into a correct whole (requires mirroring, offseting, etc.). For a list of all available libraries, just ask for REQUEST: LIBRARY REQUEST: END and you'll get an introduction, etc. -- /jeff sondeen@isi.edu "engineers were discouraged from bringing problems to the attention of their supervisors" -- John Magnus, final report, Hubble Space Telescope investigation
