Over the past few years we have been developing several low-power, low-voltage digital signal processors. To date we have fabricated our designs through MOSIS. In keeping with our requirements for low-power/voltage, we would would like to operate the circuits from a supply voltage of 1.2 volts. Obviously, this will require fabricating the circuits in a "low-voltage" process with nominal threshold voltages for both the n- and p- type devices in the neighborhood of 0.5 volts. We were looking for foundries offering a suitable process for low-voltage digital logic. We are especially interested in obtaining at this time SPICE parameters for such a process so that we can evaluate the performance of our present circuits if they were to be fabricated in a low-voltage CMOS process.
