I was just wondering if there were any public domain software available via anonymous ftp, for DEVICE SIMULATIONs. Two/Three dimensional simulators that can handle III-V devices are what I am looking for.. Any recommendations from users of device simulators out there?.. Email/Post Replies. Thanks in advance.
