Hello out there, As you have guessed I am new to this news group. I find the articles very interesting. I wanted to know if there is anybody out there in the whole civilized world who is using or knows someone who uses PISCES. It is a semiconductor deivce simulator and there are a bunch of us using it here....Please e-mail me. I welcome any comments and replies... The two major commercial vendors are TMA and Silvaco. TMA can be reached at (415)327-6300 and Silvaco at (408)988-2862, if my aging memory serves me right. Pisces variants are among the simulation tools used by process and device engineering/R&D groups in the silicon chip-making industry (since someone wanted to know.) Inder
