You could call the Office of Technology Licensing at Stanford University at (415)723-0651. Beware that Gemini is only a 2-d poisson solver and doesn't solve the carrier continuity or current equations. It has been superceded by Pisces. If you only want potential contours and such, Gemini might still suffice. Further, Stanford requires (this is personal opinion only) you to take the tapes as `research data' only and you're contractually bound in the license NOT to try to contact the developers! IMHO, the Stanford OTL approach to simulation software is NOT for the faint of heart - be prepared for frequently buggy university code with very little to nil support when you run into trouble. Again, in my PERSONAL opinion one is better off paying many times more to a commercial vendor who will stand by you and by their product as you try to get RESULTS from the tools. (I've just spent almost $100K on a suite of commercial T-CAD tools in the last week so I have a fairly recent feel for what's out there.) Good luck, Inder
