The IEEE Computer Society's Computer Conference (COMPCON) is
will be held next February. COMPCON meets yearly in the Cathedral Hill
Hotel in San Francisco. COMPCON is looking for papers and suggested
session topics. Topics in the past have included AI, supercomputers,
parallel processors, operating systems, programming languages, etc.

If you are specifically interested in a graphics/image processing
