For the Acorn RISC Machine 3 micron (original version, newer should be
faster) running System V.3

				Registers:	2631

In the last 5 minutes I ran version 1.1 of the dhrystone benchmark
using the IBM/PC ARM evaluation system, and version 1.31 of the Acorn
(Norcroft) ANSI C compiler. I used 500000 loops.

My result (as far as I can tell for no registers) is:

		4042 dhrystones/second

Which compiler are you using???

I've been using the ARM for 2 months now, and am VERY impressed by the chip.
Indeed by the whole chip set.
