well as Dekkers algorithm. What I'm looking for I guess is to
know if anyone uses things like sequencers and eventcounts and
such in the real world. Sort of the lesser known methods that
still are used commonly in actual real world systems.
The desired responses to this vague query should consists of
the name of the method, a one or two sentence description (or as
short as possible) of the method, and any references to where I
can find out more about the given method. Thanks in advance for
any replies.
