I need a multiprocessing benchmark to test the ability of a new computer architecture to handle large numbers of active processes. I remember seeing comments about a such a benchmark on this newsgroup, but I can't find any references. Please send pointers, source or advice to davis@cs.unc.edu or davis@mcnc.org. Thanks - Mark
