This was true for the Motorola DSP56001, but the new mask of the
DSP56001 adds the 'memory access done' function.  This allows the 56001
to talk to asynchronous memory systems.

This new function shares the Bus Request and Bus Grant pins so that 
there are no pin function differences in the old and new masks.
