  Apology:
  I've received (and sent) lots of mail in the past 2 months but obviously 
  none of yours' got through;
  (sort of):
  The last few times I talked to your office (Steve S) it was obvious that 
  there were email problems. Was told that you would call me when you were
  ready to set us up;
  & MIPS:
  Nevertheless, I am impressed by your people and what you have accomplished.
  I hope that that is understood.
