This last week the local paper has had short articles describing a new
4 megabit EEPROM from Toshiba and a 150 mips processor called the N-10
from Intel. Both parts were recently announced. No technical details
were given, it was in the business section. No information on
availablity or cost was given.

Does anyone out there have real info about these beasts? Especially
the read and write times of the EEPROM and any architectural
information on the N-10? What processes were used to fabricate these
parts?

		Thanks in advance
