[comp.arch] looking for reference to Livermore Loops benchmark

I'm looking for a paper that describes the Livermore Loops benchmark to use
as a reference.  Most every other benchmark I've seen has a paper somewhere
that serves as a descriptive justification for the benchmark (e.g. Whetstone,
Dhrystone, SCB, MUSBUS, etc.).  Is there one for the Livermore Loops?

While I'm asking, is there one for the IOstone?  I have the source, but there
is no reference there.
