	I want to apologize for trying to initiate comp.vlsi
	when comp.lsi already exists.  I've been reading news for
	a year now (obviously not long enough) and had no idea 
	of its existence.  I guess the motion for comp.vlsi should
	be dropped.  Sorry for wasting time/space.
