Nexgen's chips are going to tape out this month and next.  If all goes well,
they should have a working system this fall. The question is, will all go
well?

As to Intel's legal rights, there are several issues here.  Nexgen is
well aware of the situation, and has a trick or two that may avoid some of
the patents.
