[comp.arch] DEC printer info needed

I am trying to find info on a Decwriter-IV printer
escape codes or a users manual for same.  Another name
for this printer is DEC LA-34.  DEC Field service says
it is out of print and/or unavailable.  Any help at all 
would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance
